4 Simple Steps to a Flawless Repair

Clean the area thoroughly, remove dust, grease, and loose particles to ensure proper adhesion of the putty. Dry the surface completely before application.

Take a small amount of putty with a tool and spread it evenly over the damaged area. Keep each layer under 1 mm thick. For deeper repairs, build up gradually with multiple thin layers.

Use 365–405 nm UV light to cure the applied putty for 30 to 60 seconds, adjusting time based on thickness. Ensure even exposure for thorough hardening and optimal results.

After curing, gently sand the area until smooth, then clean the surface carefully before painting or coloring.

How long does the putty last?

The putty can be stored unopened for up to 1 year. Once opened, we recommend using it within 6 months for best performance. Avoid using it past the expiration date.
Does exposure to natural or artificial light affect the putty before use?

Yes, the putty is UV-sensitive and may begin to harden if exposed to direct sunlight or strong indoor lighting. Always keep it sealed in a cool, dark place.
Does the putty have a strong smell?

Not at all. It has a mild, non-irritating smell typical of repair putties. For the best experience, we recommend using it in a well-ventilated area.
CollaIs it waterproof and heat resistant?

The material is not waterproof or heat-resistant until fully cured under UV light. Once cured, it resists water and moderate heat, but avoid prolonged exposure to extreme conditions.
