在庫がある商品のお届け予定日は3〜7営業日です。

商品を予約注文した場合、商品ページに記載されているお届け予定日に従って出荷され、出荷後は3〜7営業日でお届けされます。

1、配送状況の確認について

お荷物の追跡情報が7日以上更新されていない場合は、速やかにメールアドレス：info@elegoo.comまでご連絡ください。

通常、お荷物の追跡期間は2～3ヶ月です。2ヶ月を超えると、配送業者が追跡情報を確認できない可能性があり、補償請求に影響を及ぼす場合があります。

2、受取済みの荷物について

配送業者が荷物を受領したと記録されているにもかかわらず、実際にお手元に届いていない場合は、追跡期間が過ぎる前に、7日以内にメールアドレス：info@elegoo.comまでご連絡ください。

配送制限

1つの注文につき1つの配送先のみに発送できます。複数の場所に発送する必要がある商品が含まれている場合は、それぞれの配送先について別々の注文を行う必要があります。

配送料金

  • 注文金額が￥7,600未満の場合、配送料金は￥2,280です。

  • ￥7,600以上のご注文は送料無料です。ただし、以下は例外となります：

    • Saturn 4 / Saturn 4 Ultra / Saturn 4 Ultra 16K：1台ごとに￥3,000

    • Centauri Carbon / Centauri：1台ごとに￥3,000

    • OrangeStorm Giga：一部の地域は、遠距離配送料金が追加される場合があります。配達先住所で注文が制限されている場合は、カスタマーサービスまでお問い合わせください。

所有権、条件、およびリスク

  1. 発送後の追跡と受領確認

    • 商品が発送されましたら、速やかに配送状況をご確認ください。商品が届きましたら、注文内容が完全であり、損傷がないことをご確認ください。配送に関するお問い合わせは、迅速に info@elegoo.com までご連絡ください。

  2. 配送先住所の確認

    • 正確な配送先住所をご提供いただくようお願いいたします。一度発送されますと、配送先の変更はできません。誤った住所の提供や不正な取引による損失が発生した場合、その責任はお客様に帰属します。※郵便局留めの住所はご利用いただけません。

  3. 注文内容の変更・キャンセル

    • ご注文（予約注文を除く）は、通常、注文後8時間以内に倉庫へ送信されます。一度倉庫に送信されますと、注文のキャンセルや変更は基本的にできません。変更が必要な場合は、倉庫と調整を試みますが、対応できない場合があります。住所の誤りや注文のキャンセルに伴う費用は、当社の返品・返金ポリシーに基づき、お客様のご負担となります。

  4. 連絡先情報の確認と再配達費用

    • 正確な注文情報をご提供いただき、連絡が取れる状態を保ってください。以下の理由で商品が返送された場合、再配達前に返送および再配達の費用をご請求させていただくことがあります：
      • 配送業者からの配達試行後5日以内にご連絡がない場合。

1. 消耗部品について
消耗部品は、保証の対象外、または保証期間が限定されている場合があります。本ポリシーにおいて「消耗品」とは、製品の通常使用により摩耗または劣化することが前提とされている使い捨ての部品や構成品を指します。

これらの部品は、標準保証の対象外、あるいは上記表に記載された限定的な保証期間内でのみ保証されますが、製造上の欠陥により不具合が生じた場合には、プリンター本体が保証期間内である限り、無償で交換対応いたします。なお、交換の可否についてはELEGOOが単独で判断するものとし、その決定は最終的なものとします。

2. 単品で購入されたアクセサリー・部品について
本体とは別に購入されたアクセサリーや部品についても、本体と同様の品質保証ポリシーが適用されます。

3. 保証期間について
本ページに記載されているすべての保証期間は、製品の初回注文をELEGOOが受領した日から起算されます。

4. 保証が適用されない場合
以下の場合、保証の対象外となります：
A. ELEGOOまたは正規販売代理店以外から購入された製品（正規の購入証明書または領収書がない場合）
B. 紛失または盗難にあった製品
C. 保証期間が終了した製品
D. 無償提供品、または返金済みの製品
E. 第三者によって修理または改造された製品
F. 外的要因や誤使用による損傷（例：レジン漏れ、落下、不適切な操作など）、通常使用による変色・摩耗など品質以外の要因による不具合
G. 識別可能なシリアルナンバー（SNコード）が確認できないLCDスクリーン
 
5. 他地域での保証について
購入国における消費者保護法により保護されるお客様には、ELEGOOの限定保証は上記の内容に加えて、現地法に基づくすべての権利および救済措置が提供されます。現地法により、当社の規定よりも長い保証期間が義務付けられている場合は、そちらが優先され、ELEGOOは現地の規定を遵守して対応いたします。

3. 承認後、商品は7日以内にご返送ください（返送用ラベルは7日間有効です）。期限を過ぎるとリクエストは無効となり、再度トラブルシューティングが必要となる場合があります。
4. 輸送中の破損を防ぐため、必ず元のパッケージを保管・使用してください。パッケージ指示と異なる梱包での返送は、保証対象外となる場合や追加費用が発生する可能性があります。保証請求には、元箱および梱包材が必要です。不備がある場合、処理の遅延につながる可能性があります。
5. 返品商品はELEGOOにて受領後、厳格な検品を行います。基準を満たさない場合、返金リクエストは却下されるか、当社の裁量により一部金額が差し引かれる場合があります。
6. 返金または交換品の発送は、返品商品を当社で受領・確認後に行われます。
